Joe Cai is a statistician in Missouri. He is a typical Chinese EB immigrant with experience from OPT, H1b, PERM, I-140 to I-485. During the long process, he understands how immigrant policy can impact new immigrants in both good and bad ways. So he is committed to speak for new immigrants, to monitor annual visa usage and to push Visa Cute-off dates.
Li Chen is an engineer in Wisconsin and believes US government agencies involved in immigration processes should release accurate immigration related info and data in a timely manner. So she strives to push for such data from government. She is also working on the EB2 Spill-Over project which fights against the unfairness in allocating SO visas to oversubscribed countries.
Wei Jin is an engineer in Massachusetts, who holds the belief that the U.S. government agencies should be more transparent in immigration visa allocation and approval processes. During the long time waiting, he has become very familiar employment-based immigration laws and regulations, and reverse engineered the “cut-off dates” movement mechanisms.
Fazhan ‘Frank’ Li
Frank Fazhan Li is the owner of FLI CPA, LLC, a boutique public accounting firm that works closely with a lot of new immigrants. Frank has 10 years’ experience in helping small businesses and individuals, including new business formation, individual and business tax return preparation, payroll, accounting and tax advisory, and international business development. He is a member of AICPA, NYSSCPA and a member of NYSSCPA International Taxation Committee.
Currently, Frank is not only a board member but also the CFO of NIU. He is responsible for managing and monitoring NIU’s accounting, finance and tax.

Shuhan Xu is a software engineer in Washington. He is a typical Chinese EB immigrant who understand the painful process for employment based immigration visa. He works on communicate with USCIS and DOS to get more information for the EBers and also try to push forward the cut-off date and ask for more quotas. He also works with other members to analyze the priority dates and predict the future cut-off dates to help our EBers to make better decisions.
